This patch is for Operation VIRTUAL NINE.
 
To earn the patch, you must complete the following:
 
Background: This event is based on the Second British Commando Test, the Famous 9 Mile Speed March. Watch THIS video for more information.
 
Scaling Options
 
Civilian Version
With a 10 lbs pack, or no ruck, complete a 9 mile ruck.
 
Recruit Version
With a 15-20 lbs pack, complete a 9 mile ruck.
 
Army Version
With a 21 lbs pack, plus a simulated weapon weighing 11 lbs, complete a 9 mile ruck.
 
Commando Version
With a 21 lbs pack, plus a simulated weapon weighing 11 lbs, complete 9 miles within 90 minutes.
 
Note on weapon: You can do the event with a pack weighing 32 lbs if you have nothing to simulate a weapon. Please do not carry a real weapon if it will alarm the public where you are.
